We do not offer instant bookings. We take pride in what we do and by offering instant bookings we would loose the opportunity to develop a personal connection with our guests. By offering bookings on a request basis, we gain a better understanding of what brings you into town so that we can best support you and guide you to have a wonderful stay.

We offer a full refund up to 15 days prior to your arrival. From 14 days, up to the date of your arrival, we offer a 50% refund.

We are happy to discuss this at the time of a booking inquiry. Arizona cities are protective of their owners and certain cities even require a background check. We want to help our owners feel at ease with who is visiting their neighborhoods. Please note that we only do a simple criminal background and we do not look into any additional information such as finances, etc.

Yes we are and take this very seriously. All of our employees are under our payroll as we do not self contract out unless there is an emergency and will always make sure they are as well.
