Must be over 25 in order to book this home.
Absolutely no parties or additional guests to be in the home without the permission of the host. If any additional guest is brought into the home without permission of the host, you are subject to additional guest fees.
No smoking on or near the premises

With being in a community, we ask that all noise stops at 10 pm from outside. Please take it inside if possible. We do have a noise ordinance. Please be respectful to the early am as well. This rule applies to the home.

Pool equipment is not to be touched if found that it has been you are subject to cost of pool being fixed. There is a camera facing the pool equipment.

There is a $75 daily fee for heat to be turned on ( pool temp is 85 for heating),

If you turned on/touched, it is automatically subject to being charged as this is monitored on an app.

Jacuzzi is at no cost with CERTAIN conditions. If you want it on all day with a temperature over 80 degrees, there is a $40 fee unless you have already paid for pool heat, which then is at zero cost with certain exceptions. There is a 4-hour time limit daily for a no cost fee for the jacuzzi. We do this due to the expense a heater can have on an electric bill. If you're paying for the pool, there is not an additional cost for the jacuzzi as the pool heater heats the jacuzzi as well to the same temp as the pool. We worry about children being in the jacuzzi for a long period of time at a high temperature.

All equipment will be turned off at 10pm. You must notify the host for the heating to be turned on or off prior to an hour of getting in so we can accommodate the heat.

If staying in the home during Tues evenings, we ask that you take the trash cans out to the curb and brought back in by 5 pm Friday after picking up.
